At Milam Investigations and Consulting Services, we believe that we can change outcome through education. We are deeply concerned with the tremendous impact violence has on everyone in our society. Accordingly, we have developed a comprehensive training program to encourage forward-thinking regarding all-too-common episodes of violence.

Costs to Society

According to the Department of Justice, violence costs companies billions of dollars annually. The effect on workers is many-faceted but includes long term stress disorders and lost productivity.

Behavior Management as a Life Strategy

The only way to contribute positive changes to the violent dynamic that we live in is to learn new behavior management skills. Collective and individual aggression has been an all-too-familiar part of life in the United States. Violence has permeated the workplace, schools and the home. As a consequence, behavior management has become a necessary component of individual living strategies. Several strategy-based trainings are offered which will a teach integral skills on how to de-escalate violence at home, at school or in the workplace.
